Bookings & Deposits: For anything £150 or above total cost, a deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. If no deposit is received, NO BOOKING is confirmed. Deposits are paid direct to Alloy Doctor & Detailing via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Within 48 hours of booking, Alloy Doctor & Detailing will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions. If we must cancel your booking, we will reschedule you at the earliest opportunity or issue a full refund of your deposit.
Payment is due immediately after handover.
Personal Belongings: It is your sole responsibility to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the service begins. Alloy Doctor & Detailing shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition: If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL be applied. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.
We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power and an outside water tap. We have hose reel for connection to our pressure washer.
Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety Alloy Doctor & Detailing will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We will require suitable parking for our long wheel base van and sufficient space to fully open all doors on your vehicle independently.
We cannot work in pay and display car parks.
If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first. We can usually work out an alternative.
Alloy Doctor & Detailing cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If we have to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of deposit will be honoured.
Travel is free for the first 30 minutes, then chargeable at £25 per hour both ways.
For alloy wheel services, we require the wheels to be relatively clean upon arrival. They do not have to be immaculate. If wheels are heavily soiled and require additional cleaning (use of chemicals such as acid, iron remover) to remove dirt and excessive brake dust, additional charge of £10 per wheel will be applied.
We are not held responsible for snapping wheel nuts if more than reasonable force is required to loosen a nut.
Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business.
Any bookings made that are later affected by any of the above circumstances may require payment of the full invoiced amount.
An invoice will be sent to the email address given in which you supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken.
A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.
